By accessing industechexpo.com or registering for any exhibition organised by Dronacharya Events Pvt. Ltd. (DEPL), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services.
About the Organiser
INDUS-tech Machine Tools & Automation Expo is organised by Dronacharya Events Pvt. Ltd. (DEPL), referred to hereinafter as "the Organiser", "we", "us", or "our".

Exhibitor Terms
- Stall bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the booking form and applicable advance payment.
- The Organiser reserves the right to alter stall locations, layout, or floor plan without prior notice.
- Exhibitors must comply with all venue rules, safety regulations, and timings communicated by the Organiser.
- Subletting or sharing of stall space is not permitted without prior written approval from the Organiser.
- All displays, materials, and demonstrations must be relevant to the exhibition's industry focus — machine tools, automation, fabrication, and allied sectors.
- The Organiser is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property during the event.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund at the Organiser's discretion.
- Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.
- In the event of postponement or cancellation due to force majeure, natural calamity, or government restrictions, the Organiser will endeavour to offer an alternative date or credit.
- Visitor registration is free of charge and non-refundable in nature.
Visitor Terms
- Entry to INDUS-tech exhibitions is open to trade and industry professionals only. The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry at its discretion.
- Visitors must carry a valid government-issued photo ID and their registration confirmation for entry.
- Photography and videography on the exhibition floor must respect exhibitor consent. Commercial use of such material requires written permission from the Organiser.
- Children below the age of 12 are not permitted on the exhibition floor for safety reasons.
Intellectual Property
All content on industechexpo.com — including logos, text, images, graphics, and event branding — is the property of Dronacharya Events Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
The Organiser shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from participation in any INDUS-tech exhibition, use of the website, or reliance on any information published on this site.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Rajasthan, India.
Changes to These Terms
The Organiser reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or participation in exhibitions after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent update.
